Dental implants work by replacing missing teeth with sturdy titanium posts that integrate into the jawbone, providing a stable foundation for replacement teeth.
Modern techniques and anesthesia ensure a comfortable experience, and the long-term benefits of restored confidence and functionality make any temporary discomfort well worth it.
Ideal candidates for All-on-4 dental implants are individuals who are missing most or all of their teeth in either the upper or lower jaw, or both. This solution is particularly beneficial for those who have experienced significant bone loss, as the angled placement of the posterior implants can often bypass the need for bone grafts. Candidates should also be in good overall health, have healthy gums, and be free from conditions that could impair healing, such as uncontrolled diabetes or severe autoimmune diseases. A thorough dental evaluation is essential to determine candidacy for the All-on-4 procedure.
All-on-4 dental implants are a revolutionary dental solution designed to replace an entire arch of teeth using only four implants. Unlike traditional implants, which typically require one implant per missing tooth, the All-on-4 method strategically places two implants at an angle in the back and two vertically in the front. This approach maximizes the use of available bone, often eliminating the need for bone grafting and providing a stable foundation for the entire arch of prosthetic teeth. This not only reduces the overall treatment time but also minimizes recovery periods and costs compared to traditional implant procedures.
Dentures typically last anywhere from 5 to 10 years with proper care and maintenance. Regular check-ups with your dentist can help ensure they stay in good condition for as long as possible. Remember to clean them daily and handle them with care to extend their lifespan.
Dentures are typically crafted from a blend of durable materials like acrylic resin and porcelain. These materials are carefully selected for their strength, comfort, and ability to mimic the appearance of natural teeth. With modern advancements, dentures now offer a lifelike look and feel, restoring confidence and functionality to your smile.
A standard tooth extraction typically takes about 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish, but this can vary depending on the complexity of the procedure and individual cases. Our experienced team ensures a swift and comfortable experience, prioritizing your oral health every step of the way!

Well, no one really likes visiting the dentist which is probably why they call and email you to the point you think they are stalking you. Don't blame them. Plus, the dental assistant cheerleads your "perfect" teeth then the dentist comes in and says you need 12 cavities filled, 3 crowns, a root canal, invisiline braces and a mouth guard for sleeping at night (that is a bit of an exaggeration 😁) But he does this in a way that at least makes you feel a bit better about it which is nice. The dentist does an excellent job on the teeth too and often helps bring down the cost a bit when possible which helps take the sting out of the whole experience. The staff is also always pleasant. Given the nature of what they do that is got to be a bit of a challenge and the work they put into it is definitely appreciated. It's never easy going to the dentist but they all do a great job making it at least a lot smoother experience, so 5 stars is what I rate them. Thanks Midwest Dental Portage Wisconsin.
I can't believe how great the staff are Laureen n Kerry at the front desk are right on the money, they greet you with a smile and know your name, they give you a warm welcome and they talk to you. Most places you go to they don't even talk to you it's just tell you to have a seat and they're get to you when they get to you but the staff a Midwest Dental are different it feels like family when you go there and let's not forget Tasha she's the hygienist, she wants the best health for your mouth and will take care of you, talk to you so you can understand what is really going on and I like that,I like Midwest Dental because they have my best care in mind they don't try to push things on you that is not needed or to try to make them money. Everything they do is with your best care in mind and I love that thank you Midwest Dental I'm going to tell everybody about this place because it's wonderful The staff is great the doctor is great I just love going there.
